We are taking pre-orders from October 30th to November 2nd only.

✨ Check out this season's personalization options:
1. Select your size and colour of shirt.
2. Choose whether you would like SCRIPT or BLOCK lettering. Note: the script font is all lowercase and block font is all uppercase.
3. Write the word you would like written on your shirt. You will be able to view a preview of what the design will look like. You may choose any word(s) of your choice. (Max. 14 characters). Please know that the 'notes' section may not show up on your confirmation email, but rest assured, if you entered the information, we have it! If we have any questions about your order, we will follow up via email.
4. Please allow one month for us to ship your Personalized Shirt order.
No special characters or emojis are allowed. Spaces are permitted, but please note they count toward the 14-character limit.
Yes! You can order multiple Personalized Shirts in one order, but each shirt must be added to your cart individually so you can customize each one separately.
You can expect a roughly 4 weeks turnaround time. Our skilled team will need time create your custom shirt with precision and care.
We are aiming to ship Personalized shirts by early December - with plenty of time to receive your orders before Christmas.
No. Any other items purchased in the same order as a Personalized Shirt order will be held until Personalized Shirts are completed and the order can ship in full. If you would like to receive the other items before December please put them in a separate order.
Each Personalized Shirt is made to order by our team, and we open orders in short windows to ensure every piece gets the care and attention it deserves. This limited ordering period also helps us guarantee delivery in time for the holidays. Don't miss your chance—once it closes, these won't be back until next year!
Due to the custom nature of this product, all Personalized Shirt orders are FINAL SALE and cannot be edited or canceled once submitted. Please double-check your size, spelling, and design choices before completing your order.
We've included a detailed garment size chart on each product listing to help you find the perfect fit. You can find it on the right-hand side, just below the product details section. We recommend checking it out for the most accurate garment measurements.
The personalized shirts are made out of our signature Sootheknit™ bamboo/cotton fabric. 66% Rayon from Bamboo, 28% Cotton, 6% Spandex
We recommend turning your garment inside out to protect the graphic, machine washing in cold water, and hanging to dry.
