If you are not completely satisfied with your order and would like to process a return, please contact our customer service team and state the following: your order number, your email address and reason for return. We will then provide you with a return authorization and instructions.

Our Return Policy:

  • Return Window: You can return unwashed and unworn clothing within 30 days of purchase.
  • Condition: Items must have original tags and packaging.
  • Sale Items: All sale items are final sale unless otherwise stated.
  • Return Shipping: We do not offer free returns at this moment.

 

Refund Process:

  • Once we receive your return package, we will refund the balance to your original method of payment.
  • You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been applied.
  • Refunds may take up to 10 business days to process on your account.

 

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
