Wholesale Program Policy

1. Order Minimums

  • Minimum Opening Order: Each season, a minimum order of $1500 CAD is required.
  • Reorders: A minimum reorder value of $800 CAD applies.
2. Tax Requirements
  • PST Number: To ensure accurate tax processing, please submit your PST number to us. Providing your PST number allows us to charge only GST on your orders, where applicable.

3. Payment

  • Prepayment: Payment for all orders is required before shipment. We accept e-transfers, credit cards, PayPal, and cheques.

4. Shipping

  • Lead Time: Orders will be shipped within 10-14 business days after payment is received, depending on stock availability. Custom or made-to-order items may require up to 30 days.
  • Shipping Costs: Shipping fees are the responsibility of the retailer. We offer a flat rate shipping of $35.
  • International Shipping: Available upon request, with shipping costs calculated based on destination. Any customs duties or taxes are the responsibility of the retailer.
  • Please note that, as our shipments are FOB from our warehouse, responsibility for the product transfers to the retailer upon dispatch. This includes any risk of damage or loss during transit.

5. Returns & Exchanges

  • Defective Merchandise: Any items found to be defective must be reported within 7 days of receipt for exchange or store credit.
  • Non-Defective Items: Returns of non-defective items are not accepted unless agreed upon in writing.
  • Return Shipping: The retailer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the items are defective.

6. Product Pricing

  • MSRP (Manufacturer’s Suggested Retail Price): Retailers are welcome to use our MSRP as a suggestion or reference.

7. Marketing Support

  • Product Images & Branding: We can provide access to high-quality product images and marketing materials for use in promoting Little & Lively products. We welcome collaboration for campaigns and giveaways.
8. Custom Orders
  • Private Label or Custom Orders: Customizations or private label options are available upon request for large volume orders. Lead times and pricing will be determined based on the specifics of the custom order.

9. Cancellations

  • Order Cancellations: Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of placement without penalty. If the order is in production or is ready to ship, it cannot be canceled.

10. Account Termination

  • Account Review: Accounts will be reviewed on an annual basis. Retailers must maintain regular communication and meet minimum order thresholds to keep their account active.
  • Termination of Account: Little & Lively reserves the right to terminate wholesale accounts that fail to meet sales expectations or violate our terms, including pricing policies or brand misuse.
