4T fits my chunky 2 year old perfectly who usually wears 3T in regular pants. Definetely needed to size up and the length is not too long. The rise accomodates diapers.

I absolutely love the baby/toddler leggings from Little & Lively. They are so soft, comfortable for my growing girl and give her lots of room to do just that (plus lots of playing).
