With Little & Lively Rewards, every eligible purchase helps you earn points and move closer to unlocking higher VIP tiers. You'll earn points based on the amount you spend on qualifying purchases. As your points accumulate, you'll unlock additional rewards and exclusive member perks.

Please note that points are not earned on shipping fees, taxes, gift card purchases, or orders that are canceled or refunded.

To redeem your points, sign in to your Little & Lively account and visit the Loyalty Hub. There, you'll be able to view your current points balance and browse the rewards available to redeem.

Once you select a reward, a unique discount code will be generated along with a Copy Code button. You can copy and paste the code at checkout immediately or save it for a future purchase. Your redeemed reward will also appear under Your Rewards in the Loyalty Hub until it is used or expires.

Your Little & Lively Rewards points are valid for 2 years from the date they are earned. Any unused points will automatically expire on a rolling basis once they reach their 2-year expiration date.

Points are added to your account 7 days after your order has been paid, allowing time for order verification and processing.

To help you keep your rewards, we'll send you reminder emails before your points expire:

• 30 days before expiration – A reminder that your points are expiring soon.
• 3 days before expiration – A final reminder to redeem your points before they expire.

Once points have expired, they cannot be reinstated.

Points are awarded 7 days after your order has been paid. This waiting period allows us to verify and process your order before points are added to your Little & Lively Rewards account.

Once your points have been approved, they'll automatically appear in your Loyalty Hub, where you can track your balance and redeem available rewards.

Your VIP tier is based on the number of points you earn through eligible purchases and activities. Once you unlock a VIP tier, you'll enjoy its benefits for one calendar year.

During that time, you can continue earning points to maintain your current tier or qualify for a higher one. At the end of your tier period, your status will be reviewed based on the points you've earned during the previous 12 months to determine your VIP tier for the next year.

Birthday reward points are not awarded as soon as you enter your birthday. To receive your birthday reward, you must add your birthday to your Little & Lively Rewards account at least 30 days before your birthday.

If you add your birthday within 30 days of the date, you'll become eligible to receive your birthday points on your birthday the following year.

Birthday reward points are awarded once every 365 days. If you update your birthday after already receiving birthday points within the past 365 days, you won't receive another birthday reward until you're eligible again the following year.

Unfortunately, rewards accounts created with different email addresses cannot be merged, and purchases made under separate email addresses cannot be combined into a single Little & Lively Rewards account.

To keep all of your points, rewards, and VIP progress in one place, we recommend using the same email address for all future purchases—ideally the one associated with your Little & Lively Rewards account.

Yes! If discount combinations are enabled, you can use more than one reward on a single order.

Your first reward can be applied directly by selecting Apply Code in the Loyalty Hub or by choosing Redeem at Checkout.

To use a second reward, simply copy the additional discount code from Your Rewards in the Loyalty Hub and paste it manually during checkout.

Please note that the ability to combine multiple rewards depends on the discount settings available at checkout.

Yes, in many cases you can—but it depends on the promotion.

If a sale or promotion requires you to enter a discount code at checkout, your Little & Lively Rewards discount code cannot be combined with that offer, as only one discount code can be applied per order.

If the promotion is automatically applied at checkout and doesn't require a discount code, you may still be able to use your rewards discount code with your purchase, provided the promotion is eligible to be combined with other discounts.

Yes. If you return an item purchased using a rewards discount, your refund will be processed according to our Return Policy.

If the return is approved, any points earned from the returned purchase will be deducted from your Little & Lively Rewards account. Reward points redeemed for the discount are generally not reinstated unless required by our return policy or determined at our discretion.

You can earn reward points by leaving a review for eligible Little & Lively products.

After your purchase, you'll receive a review request by email. Simply follow the link to submit your review. Once your review has been successfully submitted and verified, the corresponding reward points will automatically be added to your Little & Lively Rewards account.

Please note that points are awarded only for eligible reviews and are subject to our rewards program terms.

When you redeem a reward, the discount is applied to your eligible order total at checkout.

If only part of your order is returned or refunded, your refund amount will reflect the discount that was applied to the purchased items. Any reward points earned from returned items may also be deducted from your Little & Lively Rewards account.

Redeemed reward points used to generate a discount code are not reinstated for partial refunds unless otherwise stated in our Return Policy.

Early Access is available on select Little & Lively product launches and collections. Eligible VIP members will receive advance access to shop before the general public whenever Early Access is offered.

Not every launch includes Early Access. When it is available, eligible members will be notified by email with all the details, including the date, time, and how to access the collection early.

Yes! As long as you're enrolled in our rewards program, you can earn and redeem points on eligible purchases.

Please note that all reward points, VIP tier calculations, and reward redemptions are based on Canadian Dollars (CAD). If you're shopping in another currency, your eligible purchases will be converted to CAD for rewards calculations.

Yes! International customers can earn and redeem reward points as long as they're enrolled in our rewards program.

At this time, shipping rewards and VIP shipping benefits are available only for orders shipped within Canada and the United States. All other eligible rewards and benefits can still be earned and redeemed in accordance with our Rewards Program Terms & Conditions.

No. Little & Lively Rewards points, VIP status, and reward discount codes are non-transferable and can only be used by the account holder who earned them.

Rewards cannot be shared, transferred, sold, or combined with another customer's account. To keep earning points and enjoying your rewards, please make sure you're signed in to your Little & Lively Rewards account when you shop.

Yes. If you'd like to leave the Little & Lively Rewards program, please contact our Customer Support team, and we'll be happy to help.

Please note that if your rewards account is removed, any unused points, redeemed rewards, and VIP tier status will be permanently forfeited and cannot be restored. If you decide to join the program again in the future, you'll start with a new rewards account and a zero points balance.
